Delivery and Refunds

DELIVERY

•We only ship deliver within Nigeria
•Delivery is via registered third party courier.
 and packages must be signed for at time of delivery.
•Under some special circumstances, courier deliveries may be replaced by Perfume Republik courier persons.
•Delivery address cannot be changed once order(s) has been shipped.
•If the delivery is to your home address, it is best to ensure someone is home to receive the goods. If not, we recommend using an alternative, like your work address for delivery
•If you are not home at the time of delivery additional delivery charges may apply.
•Order cannot be cancelled once order has been shipped.
•Delivery time may vary depending on your location, please allow 1-2 working days for delivery within Lagos and 3-5 days for outside Lagos.
•Door Deliveries within Lagos attract a flat rate of N1000 for each order (single and multiple purchases). 
•Charges for delivery outside Lagos is N2000 for door delivery and N1000 for Waybill Pickup.

Returns Policy

We are unable to offer returns and exchanges unless the mistake was made by us. If there was a problem with your order and you believe the mistake was on our end, kindly send back with the delivery attendant and please give us a call on +2349020200060

You must contact us within 24 hours upon receipt of the product for us to review your claim. If you do not contact us within the time frame we would not be able to process any returns or refunds. All products must be returned to the address provided to you via email. Refunds would be processed electronically by crediting your bank account or giving you store credit

You should expect to receive your bank/store credit within 1 week of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a store credit more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 business days).
